- Customization: Once an order is confirmed with a custom design or name, it cannot be altered or canceled after 24 hours.
- Usage: Products sold are for personal use or gifting only. Commercial resale of the designs is not permitted without permission.
- Design Rights: We may showcase your custom design (without personal details) as a portfolio example unless you request otherwise.
- Pricing: Prices may vary based on size, color, and complexity. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
- Shipping: We ship across India. Tracking details will be shared once the product is dispatched.
- Damage During Transit: We ensure safe packaging, but if a product is damaged during delivery, we require proof (photos/videos) within 24 hours for resolution.
- Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or incorrect address input by users.
