Refund and Return Policy – My3DGifts.in

Due to the personalized nature of our 3D printed gifts, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product:

1. Arrives damaged
2. Is incorrect due to our mistake

Returns Not Accepted for:

• Customized items (name plaques, lithophanes, keychains, etc.)
• Change of mind after design confirmation

Damage Claims:
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with photos/videos of the damage for verification. After approval, a replacement or partial refund may be issued.

Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled only within the first 24 hours. After that, the design/printing process will have begun.
